FUSION PAYROLL: After R12 Upgrade the Third Party Payment Register Does Not Contain Data

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Global Payroll
Third Party Payment Register does not contain Data
Third Party Payment Register does not contain the Third Party Check Data after the Release 12 upgrade
Customer is testing the R12 upgrade. System is not printing complete data in the Third Party Register Report for R12.
There are 10+ Involuntary Deduction related checks. These are not printing.
The only data that is printing is a Direct Deposit Data related to one Child Support. This particular Child Support was not printing in Rel 11.
Expect the Third Party Payments to show on the Third Party Payment Register
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
These are the processes we run in Production ( and also used for our testing in Rel 12 POD). Omitted those that are not pertinent to the issue being handled.
Payroll Calculation > Calculate Payroll
Payment Distribution > Calculate Prepayments
Payment Distribution > Archive Periodic Payroll Results
Payment Distribution > Generate Check Payments
Payment Distribution > Generate Payslips
Payment Distribution > Make EFT Payments
Payment Distribution > Run Third-Party Payment Register Report
The "Payment Distribution > Archive Periodic Payroll Results" completed without errors. WE were able to do all other subsequent processes successfully.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the Third Party Payments Report in Release 12
