Goal

We need to know how the cut off functionality works for the below mentioned scenario in the Oracle Fusion.

Whenever the employee applies for absence after 20th of the month , it should be taken into payroll processing only in the next month payroll.
Can this be achieved by setting up the Cut-off date in payroll period ?
