Oracle Commerce Cloud 17.3.1
After F5 basic authentication was placed on Storefront, an OCCS configuration conflicted with the change and caused orders to be blocked after submission to Cybersource. Essentially a basic authentication window would appear on order submission that prevented the transaction from completing successfully and orders remained in INCOMPLETE status. OCCS Agent does not show INCOMPLETE orders thus unable to manually process these orders.
