Enhancement Request to have a Role to Add/Edit Bank Accounts with No Access to Other Setup Tasks (Doc ID 2311851.1)

Goal

Would like to create a role which can create or update bank / branches / bank accounts. Creating a role with privileges "Manage Bank", "Manage Bank Branch", "Manage Bank Account", "View Bank", "View Bank Branch", "View Bank Account" but without adding the "Functional Setups User" role, the user is unable to navigate to bank creation. But once access is provided to "Functional Setups User", many other setup tasks are also available to update. Request to be able not to give user access to any of the setup tasks but only to the banks privileges.
