On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Data Quality, Customer Hub

When doing the call of the CRM web services for creating customer from ICS (https://<ICS ENV>.integration.em2.oraclecloud.com/ics/faces/global).

OSB-380001 Error sending bytes: Cannot handle an err or that was raised during the invocation of a cloud application

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to ICS
2. Call Sales Cloud web service
3. Response is returning an error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot call sales cloud web services from ICS.
