Symptoms

When doing the call of the CRM web services for creating customer from ICS (https://<ICS ENV>.integration.xxx.oraclecloud.com/ics/faces/global).

OSB-380001 Error sending bytes: Cannot handle an error that was raised during the invocation of a cloud application

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to ICS
2. Call Sales Cloud web service
3. Response is returning an error
