Error Occurred When Import Contract

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Service Contract

When attempting to run contract import
the following error occurs.

Error message
The bill-to account is not valid for any of the contract parties. (OKC-196306)

A matching record of type HZ_PARTIES cannot be found using the value of the attribute Party Name provided, or the matching record is not active. (MKT-285217) Cause: No record exists with the specified attribute value or a matching record does exist however it is not active. Action: Update the attribute value to reference an existing, active record.

The value of the attribute BillToCustAcctNumber is not valid. You must provide a value for the attribute BillToCustAcctId.
A matching record of type JTF_RS_RESOURCE_PROFILES cannot be found using the value of the attribute Contact Name provided, or the matching record is not active. (MKT-285217) Cause: No record exists with the specified attribute value or a matching record does exist however it is not active. Action: Update the attribute value to reference an existing, active record.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare input file to import Contract and related objects (as mentioned in loaders.zip)
2. Run the import
3. The above errors are displayed
