Error:" Index Was Outside The Bounds Of Array" When Adding a Filter to a Layout In Visualizer (Doc ID 2311905.1)

When attempting to filter in Visualizer users cannot use the Time scale logic diagram without encountering the following error message:

Error Details:
Index was outside the bounds of the array.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Within Visualizer select a project or a group of projects.
  2. Open an existing layout Time scale logic diagram (TSLD)
  3. Open the Filter tab and select a Global Filter.
  4. Click "Add" to add the filter.
  5. Receive the attached error.
