Can't Schedule HDL After Upgrading to R12

Symptoms

1.When we try to schedule HDL from 'HCM DataLoader Import and Load Data', 'Advanced' tab isn't displayed and we can't schedule HDL.
2.When we run 'HCM DataLoader Import and Load Data' from Scheduled Processes page, we get the following error:

cannot insert NULL into ("FUSION"."HRC_DL_DATA_SETS"."UCM_CONTENT_ID"
