Plan Run Ends In Error At Service Worker Process With No Logs Generated

When attempting to Run Demand and Supply Plan the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to the Fusion Application
2. Navigate to -> Value Chain Planning -> Planning Central -> Manage Plans
3. Search for and Select desired Plan
4. From Actions Menu select "Run"
5. Expand "Details" Section
6. Select desired "Data Refresh Options"
7. Select desired "Plan Run Options"
8. Select "Ok"
