Getting "Export is Incomplete Due to Error" While Invoking RMS Transfer Export To Excel And Item Export To Excel

In Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service 16.0.22,RMS Transfer export to Excel and Item export to Excel both are getting an error "Export is incomplete due to error."
Steps To Recreate:
1. Navigate to Manage Transfers, Click Search it brings back all transfers, click export to Excel and receive error.
2. Navigate to Manage items, entered dept 100 click search, it brings back results, click export to Excel and receive error.
