Not Able to Scroll Down in the Account Contact List

Symptoms

User goes to an account contact list to look for Brenda Gonzales and is not able to scroll to the Bs in the search results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to scroll down through all the accounts to find Brenda Gonzales.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Sales> Accounts> Search for MedAssets> drill down on the Account.
2. Go to Contact tab under Account (Edit Account: MedAssets: Contacts)
3. Contacts listed are in alphabetical order and if they go to the bottom of the page, it's still in the contacts starting with "A" and there is no option to scroll down to the contacts starting with "B" "C" "D", etc.
4. User keeps pulling down the down arrow, Fetching, then it stops after sometime and they can scroll down no longer.
