Unable To Edit Notebook Description Using MS Edge Browser (Doc ID 2312449.1)

Symptoms

Unable to edit a notebook description when using MS Edge as the browser (it works fine under Firefox and IE)

When clicking on the ... button to open up the notebook description, it fails to load the popup and therefore prevents the user from entering a description (this happens for both the project and activity notebook description)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 R17
  2. Go to Project > Notebook
  3. Select a Notebook, in Description column, click ... button
  4. Notice that users cannot edit the Notebook Description when using the MS Edge browser
