Symptoms

Trying to apply the Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) 17.3.5/17.4.1 Patch and seems to hang. Another symptom may be an error on the pre-check with the error "Failure: [This patch is not available for Essbase for this OAC release. Please refer to the release notes.]". If a pre-check is not run, the patch seems to hang at the backup stage. There are no logs to review to determine the failure.
