Error When We Click On Pending Approval (Doc ID 2312621.1)

Goal

As soon as the PR is submitted the status changes to Pending Approval. When we click it, it shows an error. If we remain on the same page it will show this error even after 30 mins. But if we change the page like go to Home & come back to Purchase Requisition, we click on Pending Approval then it will show hierarchy.
