How Contact is automatically associated with an Email when Shared with Sales Cloud

Goal

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

First scenario:
A Contact is connected with two different Accounts, Account A and Account B. Contact is only primary on Account A. We tried to send an email (shared with OSC) which was connected with Contact and Account B. Upon receiving a response to that email we tried to share it with OSC but the preconfigured connection was with Contact and Account A.

Second scenario:
A Contact is connected with a Account and participates(as primary) to three Opportunities (Opp1, Opp2, Opp3). We tried to send an email (shared with OSC) which was connected with Contact, Account and Opp2. Upon receiving a response to that email we tried to share it with OSC but the preconfigured connection was with Contact, Account and without any Opportunity.

Is there any configuration or extention in order to accomplish that continuity on the same thread of emails?
