On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas

Unable to delete webservice definition on TEST environment

We migrated 2 new REST webservices to TEST today morning. however, the definitions of these services were empty even the save and close button is greyed out.

We are getting a nullpointerexecption error when we attempt to delete these definitions. We found that the issue is similar to the below document id.,

After CSM Migration Is Performed From Stage To Production, Not Able To Delete The Existing Rest Web Service Connections (Doc ID 2303362.1)

Please advise on steps ahead.

java.lang.NullPointerException




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to application composer
2. Select the Sales Application
3. Go to web services
4. select one of the WS migrated
5. click the delete button
6. The error is displayed

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the integrations do not work because there is no way to edit or remove/recreate the WS
