CX Mobile Error Creating Tasks Record

Symptoms

CX Mobile Application
While creating Tasks(Activities), through a mobile app an error is thrown.
In SUI the error is not reproduced.

ERROR

Error
Your changes could not be saved.
Error occurred due to invalid attribute being passed in input payload.
Attribute: "AssigneeId" Unable to start a nested resource because there is no current resource. Nested resource name: ActivityAssignee

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. While trying to creating Tasks Record in Mobile CX;
2. Error message is given.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create Tasks Record in Mobile CX.

Changes

 Lookup values for LOV ActivityTypeCode was changed to "Meeting" from OOTB MEETING
