After copying a Project in an empty, root EPS node, the copy is always "Checked Out".

Copied Project should not be "Checked Out".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into P6 Professional.
  2. Create an empty EPS node at the root level.
  3. Copy any Project to the empty EPS node.
  4. Check the detail window for the Check Out Status.
  5. Notice that the copied Project is Checked out.
  6. Normally the Checked In status should be kept after copying.
