On : Release 12 version, UK Payroll

Pension Automatic Enrolment process incorrectly assessed an employee as an Entitled Worker instead on Non-eligible job holder.
Empoyee had earnings of 697.11 and is of age 16 DOB 22.05.2001

PAE to asses as Entitled worker if employee is
- aged between 16 and 74 and
– has earnings less than the lower earnings threshold (currently £5,876 a year/£490 a month/£113 a week for the 2017/18 tax year).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Pension Automatic Enrolment.
2. Employee is incorrectly assessed.
