Subject Field Validation Failure

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a new task on Outlook I get the message "Subject required" twice
But there is only one field called Subject in the UI, and when Subject field is filled in, we get a single validating message.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Only one validation should appear, and no validation when the field is filled in.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new Task in Outlook
2. Two validation messages are received.
3. If Subject field is filled in one validation still fires.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new tasks.
