Unable To Import External Transaction In CM Via Spreadsheet - Bank Account Cannot Be Found

Symptoms

When attempting to import external transaction in CM
the following error occurs.

ERROR

----> Begin import_external_transactions
ExtTrxInterfaceID: 100000013622183 - Bank account, 359681320131, cannot not be found. Record was not imported.
ExtTrxInterfaceID: 100000013622184 - Bank account, 359681320131, cannot not be found. Record was not imported.
ExtTrxInterfaceID: 100000013622185 - Bank account, 359681320131, cannot not be found. Record was not imported.
0 rows were successfully imported. 3 rows were rejected due to validation errors.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load external bank transactions via spreadsheet
2. Try to iport into CM
3. Error
