Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Changes made to personal information through self service that require approval are not going through approval when submitted through the mobile application.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Changes made to personal information through self service that require approval should go through approval when submitted through the mobile application.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Changes made to personal information through self service that require approval are not going through approval when submitted through the mobile application. I have attached the approval rules.

Steps: Login to Fusion using mobile app. Change last name. Change is saved without approval.

Steps: Login to Fusion using computer. Change last name. Change is submitted for approval.
