On: 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Sales Rep user is able to create Accounts
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Sales Rep user shouldnt be able to create Accounts
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to Accounts
3. You see a "Create" button available for user
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can create accounts which is not allowed for Sales Reps
