ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While trying to navigate the Period Close page to open periods, we are not able to access the page. The page keeps loading for few minutes and after a while we get the following error message: Error 403--Forbidden.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to access the period close to open the period.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Fusion Home
2. General Accounting
3. Period Close

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot manage the accounting periods due to this issue.
