Symptoms

Reports transmitted to EMA are being generated successfully but are being rejected by the trading partner.

Initially the message is:

Status is missing from ESM_EDI_STATUS_LKUP table for edi_status_type = 'OUTBOUND' and edi_status_type_cd = Messaging.Message.Interrupted edi_type_cd = cyclone

Finally, the message returned is:

Following error has occurred in EDI Gateway: Messaging.Message.MessageRejected

This is a new agency configuration which has just gone live.

The detailed error message in Axway is:
