Information Added to the Second Field in User Address Is Not Being Saved

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to populate second Address field for User page under "Bill To" or "Ship To" sections, the field does not populate on Update action.
In addition to the behavior described above, additional behavior can be seen:
- "Personal Information/Fax" value is also saved to "Ship To/Fax" field
- "Ship To / Address" line 2 is saved to "Bill To/Address" line 2, the former one is then cleared
This behavior also applies to the Partner Organization page.
The information cannot be set with Web Services, as the value of "Ship To/Country" is saved to "Ship To/Company Name", overwriting it.
The site was upgraded to version 2017 R1 or later.
