P6 Professional Client Missing Option To Enable Application Log File.

The P6 Pro Client option to write an internal log file is missing from User Preferences, Application tab.
Ability to enable error logging.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to Pro Client.
- Browser to Edit, User Preferences, Application tab.
- The "Application Log File" section should be between "Startup Window" and "Grouping and Sorting."
