Cannot Start Java Cloud Service After IP Address Change

I cannot start the Java Cloud Service (JCS) after changing the IP addresses of the WebLogic managed servers. I've changed the /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 file for server wlsjava-wls-1, because the configuration was set to use a DHCP server, and I wanted to make it static. These are the contents of the file now:
After this change and the reboot of the server, the HTTP service provided by WebLogic is not started automatically like the other servers that we have. But I can connect to it via SSH.
