Cannot Start Java Cloud Service After IP Address Change (Doc ID 2315548.1)

Goal

Unable to start the Java Cloud Service (JCS) after changing the IP addresses of the WebLogic managed servers. After changing  the /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 file for server <service>-wls-1, because the configuration was set to use a DHCP server to make it static. These are the contents of the file now:

After this change and the reboot of the server, the HTTP service provided by WebLogic is not started automatically like the other servers. But was able to connect to it via SSH.
