Fusion Global HR: Pending Worker Records Reactivating When Work Relationship Is Cancelled (Doc ID 2315576.1)

When canceling a work relationship of an Employee record the Pending Worker record is automatically Activated. This differs to what happens today in R11 which when an Employee record’s work relationship is canceled, the Pending Worker record remains inactivated unless an action is taken to reverse the termination of the Pending Worker record.
