Categories Set To 'Always Display The Row' Are Not Displaying In The Total Compensation Statement (Doc ID 2315596.1)

On : version, .Set Up Compensation Management

Created three total compensation categories. Set this categories to 'Always display the row'. After generating total compensation statement, none of these categories show up.

The categories were set to always display. They should appear on the statement even if they return zero row.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Compensation
2. Manage Compensation Categories
3.Zero contribution display = Set to always display
4. Navigate to Manage Statement definitions
5. Enter Statement definition details
6. Statement and online statement options
7. Printable Statement options
8. View generated statements for an employee
9. Do not see the compensation category with zero displayed.
