The Windows self carrying mailbox is not determining any file formats (.xls, .csv, .pdf)

Goal

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Analytics

Whenever customer is using self carrying mailbox, the file is excel format,but suffix is ".x lsx",not ".xlsx" Hence customers are unable to open the attachments.
