MFT User Folder Permission Greyed Out (Doc ID 2315866.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

MFT user folder permission greyed out

Our MFT domain test_domain is not allowing us up make changes to the SFTP user folder settings. For some reason it is all greyed out. I am a super admin for this domain so it's not a permission issue. I have uploaded the logs also.

ISSUE is for ONE specific user - icsuser, but this user is critical to operations.
