The Opty Details Views Are Not Working after Upgrade To R13 (Doc ID 2316020.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.17.09.0 version, Opportunities

When attempt to open Opty Detail page and also attempt to create a new Opty record, got the below error message

As a result, we can't operate with any of the standard objects.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1> Open any existing Opportunity record and the screen turn blank and after few mins the error pop-ups
2> Create a new Opportunity and click Save and Close and the error pop-up
