The Opty Details Views Are Not Working after Upgrade To R13

Symptoms

On : 11.13.17.09.0 version, Opportunities

When attempt to open Opty Detail page and also attempt to create a new Opty record, got the below error message

As a result, we can't operate with any of the standard objects.

ERROR
-----------------------
"An application error ocurred. 2, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_CRM_UIAPP"
Also, after creating a new Opportunity, if you press Save you receive the following error: "ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #2".


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1> Open any existing Opportunity record and the screen turn blank and after few mins the error pop-ups
2> Create a new Opportunity and click Save and Close and the error pop-up
