Fusion WebService HCM Data Load: Import File Process Called From Back End Is Not Loading The Files Or Importing The Data After R12 (Doc ID 2316119.1)

Symptoms

Import file process called from back end is not loading the files or importing the data after R12

We are executing the Import and load from the MiddleWare part for several interfaces and we are able to find the content ID but when searching for the process or file we are not finding in Fusion HCM. Call used to recovery the status is giving as completed.

This started to happen after migrating to R12

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Webservice calls should work like they did in R11

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Post File to UCM Server
Call File to be Loaded


Changes

 Upgraded to R12
