Maximum Contribution in HSA should also take care of Employer Contribution
Client has a requirement from the customer that HSA contribution maximum for 'HSA option' should be 3400 including employer contribution.
For example- Employees get $400 if they are employed for a full year as employer contribution, they get prorated employer contribution based on how many quarters they were present with legal employer in that year.
Accordingly, the application should let the employee enter his employee contribution.
If employee A has employer contribution as 400, then application should only allow 3000 as employee contribution (because total only 3400 is permitted)
Similarly, an employee B who has got 300 as Employer contribution, can contribute 3100 as Employee contribution.
