DBCS Service Failed to Startup With Error - Starting sshd: /etc/ssh/sshd_config line 142: Directive 'AllowUsers' is not allowed within a Match block

Symptoms

DBCS instance startup failed with Error - Starting sshd: /etc/ssh/sshd_config line 142: Directive 'AllowUsers' is not allowed within a Match block.

This failure is identified from compute console log for DBCS (Go to Cloud UI -> Compute -> Instances -> Target instance -> View -> Logs),

Changes

 Customer modified their sshd_config file by adding "Match" keyword. And the next restart failed with this error.
