Unable To Access Reports Shared Folders With Admin Account after changing the BI Consumer Permission to No Access

Cannot access any folders under shared folders after changing the BI consumer permission to No Access
Took out the BI Consumer from the Shared Folders access as Employees should not be able to see any reports Catalog. BI Administrator still has full access. But customer cannot access any folders under shared folders. Need to restore access to Shared Folders
