Symptoms

Why we cannot open the extract output ?

Summary of the situation:
We’ve executed our copy of the HDL Set Summary standard extract.
We’ve refined the parameters according to the guide on Oracle Support (see Oracle HCM Data Loader: User Guide (Doc ID 1664133.1)).
The extract ran fine on other environments and appears to execute fine as well.

We can however not retrieve the results since we get an "IllegalArgumentsException" on one of the pods.

We are using standard job roles (Payroll Manager, Payroll Administrator, HCM Application Administrator, HCM Integration Specialist). .
This also works fine on other pods, only one of them appears to be impacted.
We are unable to test with another HCMExtract.
