In Manage Payroll Definitions > Generate time periods causes resulting time periods to be duplicated

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the time periods are not duplicated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigate to Manager Payroll Definitions > date track to 1/1/18, correct a payroll, generate time periods from 10 years to 11 years. Resulting time periods are duplicated

The issue has the following business impact:

We are preparing for open enrollment and workforce compensation cycles and the duplicate pay periods are causing problems with this
