Unable to retain Beneficiary Designation details upon change in Option enrolled in a plan
Client has automatic enrollment configured for customer based upon the salary range in which the employee falls in. When employee is hired in the system employee goes and provides the benefit detail against the Plans in which he/she has automatically got enrolled. Client posts this when there is an increase is salary this again provides an enrollment opportunity for the employee to review there options and Beneficiary details. Now in this case if the option employee is enrolled in the plan remains the same the previous Beneficiary Details are already present but if the option is changed the Beneficiary details are not retained and user has to enter Beneficiary details from scratch and not just change the existing details.
Customer wants the previous Beneficiary details to be retained even in case of option change . Please confirm if this is feasible through any config or formula change. Also client would like confirm if the behavior is the standard functionality in the system.
