ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Searching for a performance measure to assign to a new plan component returns no results. There are several performance measures available and searching under different plan components yields results.

Navigation: Navigator--> Incentive Compensation --> Compensation Plans --> Manage Plan Component



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Performance measures should appear in the search.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a performance measure.
2. Create a plan component.
3. Search for the new performance measure to attach to the plan component.
