Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Analytics

Getting below error while running the report in SUI.
"Unable to connect to BI Presentation Server. Please ensure that it is running and configured properly."
 
ERROR

"Unable to connect to BI Presentation Server. Please ensure that it is running and configured properly."
 "Unable to connect to BI Presentation Server using the connection Id =MarketingServerExternal. Please ensure that it is running and configured properly".

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto to OSC --> Navigator --> Analytics --> Open the report
