Printing to BlueBeam PDF or Other Incompatible Software Results in Error: There Was a Problem Communicating to the Printer

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to print a schedule on Bluebeam PDF,
the following error occurs.
There was a problem communicating to the printer. Please make sure you have a printer installed and you have a default printer selected.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to P6
2. Select Print
3. See error pop up
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot print on Bluebeam PDF.
