OTAC/TEE: Agent Description is Removed After Disabling Agent (Doc ID 2317110.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:

Text entered into the Description field for an agent disappears after the agent is disabled. 

See below for steps to reproduce:

1.  Navigate to the agent and disable the schedule through one of the following methods:

  • Drop-down on More and select Disable Schedule
  • Select the link to Edit, then select the Schedule tab and un-check the box for Enabled

2.  After saving changes and exiting the agent, note the Description text (found on the General tab) has disappeared
