CANNOT USE SEEDED MAPPING FOR TERRITORY GEOGRAPHIES IMPORT

On : 11.13.17.05.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to create an import activity using Territory Geography Object, the OOTB import mapping will only appear if a ZIP file is uploaded. But if a ZIP file is uploaded, then you cannot get past the NEXT button as an error will display. See error message below.

ERROR: The name of the selected import files are not valid for the selected object. Rename the files using the standard file naming convention. The following file names are invalid: TERRITORY_GEOGRAPHIES.csv


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that the seeded mapping would be able to be used for importing territory geographies.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manage Import Activities
2. Create a new import activity
3. Pick the object of Territory Geography
4. Note that the OOTB (seeded) mapping will only appear if a ZIP file is uploaded.
5. If a ZIP file is uploaded, then you cannot get past the NEXT button (to be taken to the mapping screen). An error will display instead.
