OMC Dashboard Shows a Discrepancy between the Summary Instance View of Logged Errors and the Detail Views of the Instances

Symptoms

Oracle Management Cloud (OMC) Log Analytics Cloud Service

The logs from two database instance servers supporting a RAC installation have been uploaded into OMC to monitor errors for the DB instances.

The OMC dashboard shows the same error count for both instances, which is not correct, but in the log explorer, it is displayed correctly.

The OMC Dashboard shows that the overall error percentage in the first pie chart the is same as the error percentages in each of the RAC node instance servers (node 1 and node 2):

 

 

 

 

Drilling down on the pie charts allows a view of the errors logged by the individual instance, but this does not agree with the data shown in the summary view:
