Performance issue on account search

Customer is having an issue with searching accounts.
It's taking around 30 seconds to search for any account using a custom field.

The search should return records quicker.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Advanced Search for accounts with "All Records I Can See" and Custom field that is checked to be indexed
2. Run SynchSearchContextIndexJob and OptimizeContextSearchIndexJob processes every five minutes
3. This search is still taking over 30 seconds to return a single Account record.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot pull update a single record quickly.
