How To Change Dates And Time Of Tasks in FCCS Close Manager (Doc ID 2317345.1)

Close Manager - Task Import changes date and time of each task.
A Task Extract is completed with time zone settings as Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney), for example.
When these same tasks are imported, the date and time on each task are changed as if the file is imported on the basis of date and time set to GMT 00. There were no changes made to the file that was imported. How to make this import without the time difference?
