User Information is Not Available in Content and Experience Cloud Service

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users have noticed a display change in Oracle Content and Experience Cloud Service after the recent update to version 17.4.1 (October 6, 2017). Some users are finding that:
- Users cannot see what access people have to each folder.
- Users cannot see the access level they have for a given folder.
- Users do not know who the owner/manager is of a given folder and need this for ensuring that the folders are managed.
- Users can no longer add new members permanently, all are on a temporary time frame.
