Printer-Friendly XSL Rendering Issue In the Email Body (Doc ID 2317392.1)

Symptoms

In Printer-friendly XSL document, if you choose output type to be "None" or "HTML", and use this document in the email body, the email will not display the message.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Choose output type "None" or "HTML" on a Printer-friendly XSL document.
2. On a transition notification email, choose "Transaction formatted with an XSL file: " for the Body, and choose the document in Step 1 in the drop-down menu.
3. Save and deploy commerce.
4. Open a quote and trigger this email based on the transition rule.

Open this email in Outlook, the email body is blank or showing an error.
If using Upload XSL for the file, the email body will be blank.

If using "Editor" for the file, the email body will show an error
"Error in processing XML:
Could not get XSL Input Stream."



Changes

 This issue is only happening on 2017 R1 and after.
